How can I contact ALIGN?

What is your return policy?

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and your ALIGN products. Returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Please contact support@thealignbrand.com to handle any returns or exchanges.
What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping is a flat rate of $10 domestically. We are currently working on providing international shipping options, but for now, are shipping only within the United States. Free shipping is provided when your cart reaches a total of $125 or more!
How long will my order take to arrive?

At ALIGN, we strive to be a carbon neutral company, which is why we have committed to drop-shipping for our product line. Each of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it may take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful and sustainable purchasing decisions! What are your sustainability practices?

ALIGN is all about eco-friendly, sustainable practices, and consciousness in terms of materials used and sourced with intentionality within all of our products. Your orders will arrive in sustainable and recycled packaging like recycled cardboard boxes and recycled plastic bags with instructions on how to recycle again. We are also a carbon neutral company that focuses on eliminating consumer waste by not housing mass inventory and products in warehouses across the globe, but rather drop-shipping as each order comes in and is fulfilled and customized to your specific order. When does ALIGNMENT launch?

ALIGNMENT is set to launch in Fall of 2024. It is a self-paced program with lifelong access which includes a 30-60-90 Day Challenge and e-journal. We are so excited about this incredible program and believe the lessons provided are truly lifechanging. We will keep you updated on the official launch date as it approaches.
What is your Plant a Tree Initiative?

We have partnered with Tree Nation, as they are a global partner focusing on a multitude of reforestation projects across the planet. We are dedicated to helping this initiative by committing to planting a tree in your name with each order you place. We plant a seed in your name at the end of the month of your order with Tree Nation within our very own The ALIGN Brand Forest. Check out the link below to watch our forest grow and see your tree planted. Shortly after you place your order, look out for an email with info about your tree, and at the end of the month, you will receive a notification from Tree Nation that your tree was planted.
